The Word`s Oldest Women Shares Her Secret To Long Life!

With her 116 years, Emma Morano from Verbania, Italy is the new oldest person in the world. She is the last recorded person born in the 1800s. Her caretakers told “The Telegraph” that she was gratified for her new title. Her relative, Rosi Santorini, said that she had a funny remark about the given title, saying that she was as old as the hills.

After being ill for 10 days, the previous title holder, 116 year old Susannah Mushatt Jones, died in New York City last Thursday.

This ultracentenarian usually eats milk with biscuits for breakfast and cereals with boiled eggs for lunch. But her unusual secret is that since she had been young woman she has been eating two raw eggs daily as a doctor’s recommendation to help her anemia.

The previous year she revealed that being single is her big secret to long life, since her marriage ending at the age of 38. Emma points out that she wanted to be independent, not to be controlled by anyone.
Other centenarians as well have mentioned their unusual habits. Susannah ate fried bacon every day and a 100-year-old man from California said that he ate one donut every day for the last 30 years.
Whatever works, we`ll take it!
